- Securing required permissions from relevant authorities.
- Dealing with local contributors (scientists, area experts/managers, security officials etc.)
Demonstrability: BBC, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and other independent and funded projects – refer to sections on ‘Portfolio’
Production:
- Drafting a workable shooting schedule based on availability of characters, lighting conditions, transport etc.
- Revise or adapt shooting schedules based on changed filming conditions owing to unforeseeable situations
- Filming b-roll/cutaways
- Versatility and adaptability to various shooting conditions and styles
- Shooting interviews

Post-production and delivery:
- Logging footage, designing workflows for edits, sequence building and cutting with music/sound

Camera Operation, Sound Recording:

- Specialist devices: DJI Ronin S2 gimbal, manual shoulder rigs, motion controlled time-lapses
- Sound recording: H6N zoom recorder and mixer, multiple lavalier microphones
Logistical management:
- All-India driving license holder
- Very familiar with Indian roads; comfortable driving through major cities and countryside.
- Very familiar with operating basic GPS tools for location scouting
- Always transported equipment and crew safely with minimal to no damage to the vehicle.
- No major traffic violation
